Return - Exchanges Policy!

Every item is custom-made also known as made to order, so there are no returns or exchanges unless the item arrived damaged, or you received the wrong order (product, color, size)! You will be able to exchange it for the same product you originally purchased if applicable or be granted a full refund store credit valid for one year from your original purchase date! You must notify us and return it within 7 days after the delivery date! Ship the product back and when we receive the product, we will grant an exchange or full refund store credit for an equal value of purchase! Personalized items made with the customization tool are not available for a refund or exchange unless damaged or wrong order (product, color, size)! Unfortunately, we do not refund shipping charges if applicable with your order! All intended returns or exchanges must have an original receipt included with the return (make an additional copy for yourself or save it digitally for your records)! Please email customersupport@velvivas.com to proceed with your return or exchange! Results vary case-by-case! Item(s) returned must be in perfect condition and/or in the original condition the item was received in, unworn, and in the original packaging with all accessories, instructions, booklets, labels, protective covers, leaflets, or boxes if applicable! Refund credits will be made to the original purchaser in the form of store credit for Velvivas unless granted a full refund to the original method of payment! Velvivas strive to complete the intended exchange or return in a timely manner, which should not normally exceed 30 days if there are no delays! We reserve the right to not accept a return! We may also require a restocking and/or repair fee if the item(s) being returned have been damaged or worn at the hands of the customer!
